Received the wrong item. I notified them immediately letting them know, instead of Matte photo paper I received sublimation paper. They sent me a long email stating how it’s was basically the same and to even try it and if not satisfied to let them know. Since I’ve never utilized that type of paper and I had a project that was due I did try it. I did let them know that I was impressed by the colors, but due to how thin it was, it would not work for me because I needed the thickness from the Matte photo paper. They of course never responded back.
I don’t have time to deal with this nor should I. When we take the time to order from a company we should at least get the product we ordered and there should not be any argument if we are sent the wrong item period end blank. I am a busy person. I have a life and do not have time for this.
I just will never do business with this company nor will I suggest to my coworkers or anybody I know.
