The following are the terms and conditions applicable to your Koalagp.com Balance and Koalagp.com E-Cards. By purchasing, accepting, or using an E-Card, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions on behalf of yourself and all members of your household and others who purchase, accept, or use an E-Card under your account.

Koalagp.com E-Cards include Koalagp.com E-Cards that have been automatically added to your Koalagp.com Balance when you check your balance. Your Koalagp.com Balance displays the total remaining balance of all Gift Cards that have been applied to your Koalagp.com account but not yet applied to a purchase. We may refer to your Koalagp.com Balance as your “Koalagp Coins”, “E-Card balance”. To view your Koalagp.com Balance, visit Your Account on Koalagp.com. Purchases are deducted from your Koalagp.com Balance. Any unused Koalagp.com Balance will remain associated with your Koalagp.com account. If a purchase exceeds your Koalagp.com Balance, the remaining amount must be paid with another payment method. E-Cards may only be redeemed toward the purchase of eligible goods and services provided by Koalagp.com.E-Cards can be used on both PC and mobile websites. No returns and no refunds on E-Cards.

Your Gift Cards cannot be resold; used for payment outside of www.Koalagp.com or its affiliated properties; used for unauthorized advertising, marketing, sweepstakes, promotional or commercial purposes, including to facilitate the resale or shipment of goods from Koalagp.com; redeemed for more than face value; transferred for value; redeemed for cash; returned for a cash refund (except to the extent required by law), or used in a manner otherwise prohibited by our Koalagp.com E-Card Restrictions and Prohibited Activities policy.
No portion of your Koalagp.com Balance may be transferred to another Koalagp.com account. Neither your Koalagp.com Balance nor your E-Cards may be applied to the purchase of goods or services at any Koalagp-affiliated property outside of the United States and Canada.

The risk of loss and title for E-Cards passes to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission of the E-Card to the purchaser (Existing functionality) or designated recipient (be launched in the future). E-Cards must be obtained from Koalagp and you are responsible for safeguarding your Koalagp.com Balance or E-Card from unauthorized use. We are not responsible if any E-Card is lost, stolen, or destroyed, or if your Koalagp.com Balance or any E-Card is used without your permission. There are a variety of E-Card scams that request payment by E-Card. Koalagp is not responsible for, and assumes no liability to you for, any unlawful conduct or fraud by any third party associated with any E-Card.

By using an E-Card you agree to comply with these terms and conditions, and not to use an E-Card in any manner that is misleading, deceptive, unfair, or otherwise harmful to Koalagp.com or its customers. We reserve the right, without notice to you, to void E-Cards (including as a component of your Koalagp.com Balance) without a refund, suspend or terminate customer accounts, suspend or terminate the ability to use our services, cancel or limit orders, and bill alternative forms of payment if we suspect that a Gift Card is obtained, used, or applied to a Koalagp.com account (or your Amazon.com Balance is applied to purchase) fraudulently, unlawfully, or otherwise in violation of these terms and conditions.

TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO E-CARDS OR YOUR KOALAGP.COM BALANCE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, IN THE EVENT A E-CARD IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY WILL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF THAT E-CARD.

Any dispute or claim relating in any way to Gift Cards or your Koalagp.com Balance will be resolved by the dispute resolution terms in the Koalagp.com Conditions of Use.

The Koalagp.com Conditions of Use apply. No fees apply to E-Cards. We reserve the right to require additional verification of your identity, E-Card or account ownership, or provision of an additional payment instrument before you are able to apply an E-Card to your account or your Koalagp.com Balance to a purchase. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without notice, from time to time at our sole discretion. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law. If any of these terms and conditions are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that unenforceable term will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining terms and conditions.

The portion of your Amazon.com Balance made up of Gift Cards issued after September 1, 2022 does not expire and may be applied to your Koalagp.com account and applied to eligible purchases.
