All 3 packages damaged

This was the worst experience ever. I have been buying from koala for a long time. I recently ordered 3 packages of photo paper and literally every single sheet was damaged. I have tried to contact their customer support about getting a refund or replacement. They are terrible! They never get back to you. I am never buying from Koala paper EVER again.
