I first ordered 1 pack to give this paper a try. It worked perfectly in my printer and had no issues. So I ordered a bulk order, but the bulk order was clearly thicker than the individual pack I purchased. You can feel it AND half of the sheets end up getting jammed in my printer.
Separately, I messaged customer service on their website and Instagram before getting the inconsistent bulk order to see if I could get this paper in 13x19 sheets, a to this day, no one has bothered to reply. But they sure did email me to leave a review ....they didn't forget that message.

2. Could you please send a photo of the box label? We need to see the Test ID printed on the label.
3. You asked about 13' x 19' sheets — do you still need that size? If so, how many?

No phone number and dishonest business practices. They requested I pay over $50 to return my paper when I had an issue with my order. They are extremely slow to respond to emails, if at all. They waited until a few days before the end of their 15 day return period to address my return - ensuring it will get to them after the end of their return policy period. Very dishonest. Will not be shopping here anymore.
Per our company policy, returns that are not due to our error require the customer to cover the return shipping costs.
The $57.52 covers the return shipping, and we also absorbed the original shipping cost of $57.52. Because your order contained 16 packs of paper, the return shipping cost was higher.
