Inconsistent Thickness & Poor Customer Service

I first ordered 1 pack to give this paper a try. It worked perfectly in my printer and had no issues. So I ordered a bulk order, but the bulk order was clearly thicker than the individual pack I purchased. You can feel it AND half of the sheets end up getting jammed in my printer.

Separately, I messaged customer service on their website and Instagram before getting the inconsistent bulk order to see if I could get this paper in 13x19 sheets, a to this day, no one has bothered to reply. But they sure did email me to leave a review ....they didn't forget that message.

I want to make this right. To help us resolve the issue quickly, could you please confirm a couple of details?

1. How many sheets in the bulk pack are jamming your printer?
2. Could you please send a photo of the box label? We need to see the Test ID printed on the label.
3. You asked about 13' x 19' sheets — do you still need that size? If so, how many?

- If the bulk pack is confirmed to be the wrong/thicker stock, I’ll arrange an immediate replacement with the correct paper or process a refund—whichever you prefer.
- I’ll also escalate the 13' x 19' sizing request to our product team and get you a definitive answer on availability and lead time.
- Finally, I’ll follow up with our support team about the missed website/Instagram messages so this doesn’t happen again.

Worst customer service

No phone number and dishonest business practices. They requested I pay over $50 to return my paper when I had an issue with my order. They are extremely slow to respond to emails, if at all. They waited until a few days before the end of their 15 day return period to address my return - ensuring it will get to them after the end of their return policy period. Very dishonest. Will not be shopping here anymore.

Per our company policy, returns that are not due to our error require the customer to cover the return shipping costs.
The $57.52 covers the return shipping, and we also absorbed the original shipping cost of $57.52. Because your order contained 16 packs of paper, the return shipping cost was higher.

The delay in sending the return label was our oversight and may have caused the 15‑day return window to expire. We will honor the return regardless of the deadline, and your order will be processed in accordance with our 15‑day return policy.
