I love this paper. Great quality overall and have been using it for years. I normally buy it from a local store by me but decided to order online for once for an event. I did reach out to customer service to cancel my order because the product was back ordered and would not arrive in time for the event I needed them for. They did not respond and still sent the product (on the expected back order ship date). I now have an overstock of the paper, which is fine, but customer service should have replied back, even if to let me know my order couldn’t be canceled. I would have been okay with that more than no response at all :(
